The UGQ (Usually Good Quality) coffee that we offer: These Colombian coffees meet strict physical and sensory attributes.

They adhere to the cupping protocol of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) and the National Federation of Coffee Growers (FNC), achieving a 80 points score.

They are considered "Specialty Coffees," offering notes that can range from chocolate to red fruit notes cup profiles.

These raw coffee beans Grade 14, - according to the FNC, are sourced from the Cauca, Nariño, Antioquia, Caldas, and Risaralda regions, between 1,500 and 2,300 meters above sea level, in subvarieties such as Caturra Castillo, Bourbon, and Colombia.
